I resided in woodland springs for 1.5 years and had no major concerns. We had lots of roaches but were only limited to our apartment. Others who resided in the same complex had no roaches. The management staff is verify friendly and attend to the complaints within 24-48 hours. The biggest draw-back I felt is that they do not provide dish washer. There is ample parking space and it quiet. This is the only apartment I have seen where management gives you a ring to let you know that there is a package waiting for you in office. This is real good plus.

I would not recommend anyone moving here! I lived in Woodland Springs for a couple of years. The head of maintenance is always drunk and is very unprofessional. The rental manager Theresa is very nice and professional. The complex is very old,and infested with water bugs even outside of the apartment. The apartments need to be renovated "IT'S ABOUT TIME"!!!!
