the place is old, but there are no bugs.

some apartments have mold issues in the bathroom but i painted ours with mold-reistant paint and haven't had a problem.

nothing gets fixed until 6 months after you report a problem..

had major leaking in roof for a long time.

if you can afford it, pick kinnelon ridge instead.

daisy (manager) pretty much never works and has the worst attitude of anyone i've met in my life - also, she's very gossipy - expect the world to know your business.

laundry facility is small but alright.
