I've known the lady for almost a year now and have had NOTHING but kindness and professional hospitality when in that office. She's so sweet that you familiarize her with a mother. The area is Super Safe and not even half a mile away from Kinnelon, one of the safest and richest towns in the state. As far as the rent, your never going to beat the rate for a 2 bedroom for 30 miles unless you want to live in Paterson and look over your shoulder every time you open your door. So as far as the manager and staff are concerned, anything I have ever requested done was done within 3 days maximum. The office is so busy sometimes that I'm surprised anything gets done at all. You would think that it was the 911 answering station with all the phone calls that come in. I was in there once on a Monday where the phone didn't stop for the 35 minutes i was there. I think the staff is doing a terrific job and I encourage them to keep up the great work. Your dealing with a hundred people at least. You're always going to get the few who aren't satisfied!

First of all, Let me start off by telling you that she is and has always been very upfront with everyone of us here. I have lived here for 12 years and I have never had a problem with Daisy. She is the most helpful and thoughtful person you will ever meet. As for those people that choose to bad mouth her,Are nothing but a bunch of low lifes.She has never as you write"HER CURSING YOU OUT BEHIND YOUR BACKS" She will tell you whatever she has too say to your face! The only reason you say that is because you are a low life with nothing better to do with your time. Stop being such a coward.

Haha, I find it hilarious that all these "blame management in short hills, not the manager!" and "blame the bookkeeper, not the manager" and this one which is clearly OMG DAISY IS THE BEST EVER are clearly written BY Daisy. Amen to what the first commenter said - she's got nothing to do but gossip about all the tenants to anyone that will listen. And she wonders why her car's been keyed and otherwise vandalized numerous times and her reserved sign has been stolen. Hello!
