You people don't even know who owns this place do you'
His name is Zygi Wilf and he's none other than the owner of the Minnesota Vikings!
Blame him for the way that the apartments are kept....
blame him for raising the rent at least $90 a year (without upgrading units)
He will build a $600 million dollar stadium, but he can't pay his staff a decent wage! All you idiots should be writing to him and complaining to him about HIS apartment....but you would just rather write stupid little reviews here that are going to fall on deaf ears....

he owns half the world....the least he could do is be a little humane to his staff and his residents!!!
and as far as this area...you won't find a better area, I've lived here for awhile now and I've raised my 3 children in this area....
I love Butler Ridge!

This place had such a nice atmosphere to it before Daisy took her position here. I miss the other property manager!!
