I've read all the reviews, everyone has some truth to what they wrote. Now my review is about blaming the management at the main office in Short Hills. I've been at Butler Ridge for almost 3yrs and the apartments are decent but do need some repairs. I'm sure some need more attention. My problem is their are not enough employees working in the complex. With all the repairs needed in our complex 1 or 2 people cannot catch up to date on these repairs. Snow removel stinks!!!! they do not remove snow or salt the complex right away. It can take some days before it get's done and again there is no way 2 people are going to remove snow in the entire complex. I have seen tenants shoveling their own walkways, we are not snow removal we are tenants. The management is quick to increase your rent but not to respond to needs of the tenants. If anyone has to speak to someone in the main office you are only allowed to call from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Shame on them!!!! As for the laundry room it is never maintained clean.
