We all jokingly refer to this place as "Butler Ghetto Apartments" - many of the tenants leave much to be desired, management is pathetically lacking. They thankfully hired another woman in the office so you can avoid dealing with -----, who is the most obnoxious, unhelpful, rude, can't-be-bothered individual on the planet (she fakes nice pretty well, but it gets old quick). We've been here five years and are so glad to be moving out FINALLY. Go anywhere else, seriously. This place is cheap, but it's for a reason!

No one's windows work, the kitchen counters and cabinets are leftover from the 70s, there are termite infestations, everything's electric so expect $200 heating bills in the winter, the paint job is disgusting/awful. Just.. stay away. Rent raised every year.

"Anywhere but Butler"...ha-ha! too funny! It must not be as badd as you say when you've stayed this long! I've been a resident at this development for 4 years myself and I've had no problems. The things I see from my window amongst certain tenants is whats Pathetic and what makes this development soo damn Ghetto, not management. Being married and waiting until your husband steps out to go get porked by another married man a few units away is whats obnoxious & disgusting. Hence the saying "love animals dont eat them"..lol lol. And thats just one example of the many that a "normal" tenant witnesses here from day to day! I give ----- a lot of credit for dealing with each nut case one by one..including you! DOnt be such a coward-step it up a notch and put your balls on tight enough to go tell management to their face. After all arent you FINALLY leaving? so what do you have to lose! Hey maybe if more freaks like you decided to leave, this development would be an even nicer place to live. I wish your new neighbors lots of luck!!!

To anonymous - it only happened the one time in the several years I was there, but it was absolutely HORRIBLE. We have to pour a whole bottle of RAID down into the wall and tape off the windows and cracks in the wall. And nothing got done about it for almost a week, even though I called daily. That is ---- until the person in charge's apartment ALSO got infested. Amazingly, the terminator was there the next day. But seriously, for that and other reasons, go somewhere else - people are leaving Butler Ridge in droves, and for good reason.

If you are so disgusted and disappointed,why don't you all get the hell out and move? No one is forcing you scum to stay here...who wouldn't be nasty putting up with trailer trash like you people! I give her credit for even remaining there and having to deal with the likes of you pigs! You all ----- and moan, but you don't leave...just get the hell out so that we can all enjoy our peace here! And as far as getting windows, she should have everything she wants...she's the only residential manager that I've heard of that still has to pay rent! The super doesn't but she does! In response to 10/17/08's comment... Well well its funny that you have time to post comments in addition to being the Butler Ridge gossiper..you're the same ----- that we all know about! YOu're the gossiper that sits in the laundry room and talks for hours about everyone and you know everyone's business moreso than you know your own. People like you really impress me..and no not in a good way at all. So you saw----installing windows..good for you...most of us have a REAL job and dont have the time you have nor the luxury you have of having public assistance to pay our rent the way you have for yours...clearly explains why you have soo much time on your hands.. COmplain and vent on here alllll you'd like cause im sure your one of the people who run when youre confronted. I speak for myself when i say I know exactly who you are because I've had my share of issues with you..and you've made the same comment to me recently about----and the window installing. And in case you cant remember who I am..let me remind you..ONE fall night in the parking lot behind your apt window where you used to park your hunk of junk...I confronted you about running your mouth once too many times and like the trailer trash skank that you are, you denied everything that you said which was witnessed by three other tenants in your favorite spot..the laundry room! P.S. if you used the laundry room to actually wash clothes and not gossip maybe you and your lil family would look alittle cleaner. I sure am happy and sadd at the same time...sadd because ------ has to deal with such garbage and happy because its not me that has that job if not youre @ss would of been put out a longggg time ago! This is ----. Why is my name here with all these false accusations?! I cannot believe ----- and her family are writing this nonsense about me. I have not posted on this pathetic site nor have I said anything negative about her since her daughter approached me on the subject years ago. I do not like conflicts or negativity. It hurts everyone's feelings. But let me get one thing straight. I work full time, single-handedly raise my daughter and give her ALL of my attention, AND care for my ailing mother who lives in another town. Most of all, I do not "sleep" with anyone in fact I haven't dated or been with anyone in 5 years because my daughter is my priority. You should know this about me if you know me as you say. And about my "new" car..my sister gave me her old car because I am a good person who deserves better in life. For goodness sake, stop the negative talk already!
