Very overpriced Live in the front of the complex. It is like sleeping in the road. The trucks are SOOOOOOOOO noisy, windows ineffective at noise reduction, no sound barrier. This goes on 24 hours a day. There is no period of silence, EVER!!!!

Management (in short hills, NOT Daisy) is unprofessional and downright rude! I lived in Butler Arms on Boonton Ave for only one year and had no problems other than an unclean laundry room and lack of parking- that is until I moved out. I followed all procedures that I was instructed to follow
