Atruim is a great apartment complex, teddy the maintaince guy is very friendly and quick with fixes, the only thing he ever needed to fix was a hook fell off our door and it needed a patch, he was there same day. Teddy also does all the snow removal in the winter by himself, I helped him one day and it is alot of work even with a snow blower, but he still manages to get it done quickly. My husband and I have lived in Atruim for a little over a year and the only complaints we would have is that parking can get out of hand sometimes but mangement is right on that and will send out an email saying register your vehicle or its towed and also we used to have really nice landscape outside our apartment but they had to redo the sidewalks so everything just turned to dirt. Martha is very friendly and always willing to help we had to break our lease because he got a job transfer and she worked with us so we did not lose alot of money.

I would strongly recommend this apartment complex, yes it is exspensive but everything in New Jersey is at least here you are in a nice neighborhood and safe, Caldwell Police are always passing through.
