I have been living here in Rumsey Park for two and half year.The first two years were
good and very pleasant.We were under (Sebastian) management.Unfurtunately Sebastian left.Now we have a new manager which is the most rude,lacey and sometimes a little
whack person that i ever met.This new person is bringing this place down.He has gone as far as trying to intimidate some tenants.
