Maintenance at this building really stinks, bot literally and figuratively. Stay here only if you want to smell your neighbor's poop every morning (or whenever he likes to do his business). I could not get the crooks to fix the bathroom exhaust for several months and decided to move out at the first opportunity. In addition, consider the following:
(1) If you come in late on a weekday, forget getting a parking spot. You'll have to visit the Cadwell court periodically.
(2) Make sure you have strong muscles. You will need to shovel a lot of snow in the parking lot. They dont bother to clean. But why should they ' The parking lot is free!!
(3) You need a lot of patience to deal with of the caretakers. English is not really forte. And they really miss their Yugoslavia.
