Well i can't say anything good about this apartment complex but that they are poorly maintain all the apartment complexes have a mice and roach problem that they not solving as a matter fact i have gotten my place exterminated in two occassions in all the time that i have live there basements are full of mold and rusted plumbing and some have water leaks which has been ignore for years sidewalks are not repair and left briken for years hallways are never maintain unless me or my neighboor get a broom and sweep the dirt out doors are constantly vandalize and they refuse to put cameras to maintain the property more secure they just do what they know how to do best just blame all the residents because they are so incompetent they can't do their job right i can't comprehend why the state haven't close this apartment complex their is mold in the majority of the apartment complex children are been expose to mold which for what i heard could be dangerous for peoples health while the owners are showing no consideration to remediate the problem their maintenance people don't know how to fix the problems peoples belongings are getting damage because of plumbing leaks and roaches and mice infestation and the management is not been count liable for this kind og negligence i have regreted moving to this filty place but find myself trap because of how expensive the apartments are and that many landlords don't comply with their duties on renting a decent place to live i hope my children health don't be seriously affected by this mold issue i have at this apartment because they have been expose for about 4 years now and both my daughter and son been complaining of shortness of breath, chestpain, vomiting and headaches i hope i haven't put my children lifes in danger and i'm currently looking for and apartment to move out of this mess is always good to do reasearch on apartment complexes before ending up like me in a place that ain't worth it i don't which not even my worse enemy and aparment complex this bad is a shame that they advertize it like been such a great place please it can't get any worse than this and i live in another apartment complex in camden and i never had a mold problem or roach infestation like here they don't exterminate and if i furnigate my apartment and the other people don't there won't be and ending to it well i hope people out there open up their eyes and just come around the area talk to residents and look for themselves this place is a mess not including the issues they have with drugs and homeless people coming in to some buildings and sleeping in the basement even peoples lives are in danger in the apartment complex for a better understanding people need to ask the people in the E building the worse building they have there is even fleas in some basement like the D building where people could get a sense more of how this place is really been manage things like this happen unfortunatly when owners hire incompetent people to manage their properties.

this is so true. i just moved in to these apartments in the ending of 2007 and i have no heat or hot water. i have told the maintance guy several times about this situation. i can't even take my 1 and a half year old son a bath because i'm afraid he'll get sick. i called the main office across cooper river park and they told me i had to speak to the maintance man on site. which was no help. poor man is the only maintance man for about 50 apartments. he really is trying to get this place in good shape because he has a child of his own. his bosses don't care one bit! if there's anyone out there that can be of any help to use please do so. send the state inspectors anyone. please! 775 a month for no heat hot water old kitchen cabinets and rugs dirty facilities and no main office on site.
