Very noisy and overly restrictive parking rules.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Apartment is located over the "boiler room" and the constant machinery noise is nearly unbearable (ear plugs help, especially to sleep). "Guest parking" is sometimes available, sometimes not. Cost is quite high, considering the noise and the parking issues.
