Don't Let the Veneer fool you

This place looks good but once you live here you'll realize its not what its cracked up to be.

The walls are SO thin I can literally hear every word my neighbors speak.

The manager, Margaret, is absolutely incompetent and the sales people will outright lie to potential tenants to get a lease signed.

The price is NOT worth it.

The area is not safe: Check the online sex offender databases to see just how many rapists live in the immediate area.

The "secure parking" areas have been host to numerous burglaries and vandalism incidents.

The HVAC system was jury rigged from old ductwork and the thermostats are much to close to the windows causing erratic temperature changes and high electric bills.

Medical waste (used syringes) has been found dumped within the building.

The so-called gym is unlicensed and unsanitary.

The water quality is highly unpredictable: dont be surprised to see dark orange water coming from the faucets.

I wouldnt recommend washing any clothes with the low quality water they have here.

This was such a big problem that they eventually installed filter but the filters dont work.

Don't expecct guests to get a parking spot.

There are too few to go around and almost never available.

Guests are forced to park on the streets of the #1 Crime Capitol of the US.

The only redeeming quality this property has to offer is Lamar, the concierge.

He is very helpful.

But overall I would say STAY AWAY!!! Every thing I have said here is true.

If you are considering renting here ask the sales person about all the issues I mentioned.

If there answers contradict me, ask any resident.

Take a water sample to be tested for lead content.

Tour the gym and ask where the disinfectant is to wipe down the equipment.

Swab any piece of equipment and have it checked for bacteria density (youll be amazed).

Ask what kind of insulation they put between the apartments to cut down on noise.
