I have lived at The Victor since the first year it opened and I have never been happier. I used to live in Philadelphia and I paid a lot more for an apartment managed by one of the big management companies and I can tell you that the place is run well. I do not feel insecure because it is in Camden. The area around the building is lovely and in the summer the waterfront activities are great. There ar people who live here that complain a lot about things they don't like, but I have to think they don't know how good they have it.
