The Victor is the best you're going to get .

in Camden.

It's extremely convenient for Rutgers-Camden graduate students (I do not believe they allow undergrads here) but that's about it.

To do anything (groceries, movies, bike rides - ANYTHING) you have to drive towards Cherry Hill.

I can hear most of what goes on in my neighbors' apartments.

If you open the window it only gets worse (courtyard views get all the noise of residents coming and going and, during the warmer months, the people with balconies who tend to stay out there much later than I consider courteous.

Outside views get all the street noise that you can imagine.) Management and the parking situation (mentioned by earlier posts) have become increasingly worse over the years.

Lamar, however, continues to be an asset to our community! The water really is terrible, but it's this city, not just the Victor.
