Like all apartments, the Victor has its pros ans cons. However, if you like to watch TV, even a little, stay away. When you sign a lease you are FORCED to use Viking Cable. Without doubt, Viking is the worst company I have ever dealt with, from the service offers (which are horrible) to the customer service (it seems as if they deliberately found the dumbest, rudest poeple they could). Despite multiple complaints by numerous residents, the Victor Management has done nothing. These apartments are expensive, and it is a shame that they allow a horrible organization like Viking bring it down.
