I've been at the Victor since April and am surprised by some of the negative reviews I've read hear.

I moved here from Center City and I'm telling you that my apartment would cost $600 more in the City, with no parking.

Though there are a lot of students in the building, I haven't found them to be overly loud or disruptive.

The staff are readily available and very helpful.

The commute into Center City is quick and easy on PATCO.

I really don't have any safety concerns.

The gym is a great convenience, though it could use dispensers with sanitary wipes because people just don't wipe the machinery down on their own without prompting.

I did have to pay a $300 non-refundable fee for each of my 2 cats (ouch)but I can live with that.

For the most part, I like it here.
