First dont believe a word the mgt staff tells you they will do anything to get you in the building.Mgt.
office is full of rude people who think they are running a bed and breakfast out of their house and have no people skills whatsoever.Walls are unbelievably thin.Water is off for days at a time with no warning.When water is on can be discolored.
Building is full of college kids who think its a frat house ie.noise.
No parking for friends or family and police ticket night and day.Run dont walk away from this place, you will be glad you read this first.

I've been here since August, and have not had any problems with the water or noise, except for construction of the Victor's Pub...but that will be worth it and the noise level is completely bearable. As for the college kids, no undergrads are allowed to live in the building, so you're referring to law and med students. There may be some noise on the weekends, but during the week is fine. |
