The manangement is the worst I every dealt with first of all this is a business and we know in business games are played these people put on the happy face but under that they are here to make Mr Dandroff money at any cost the parking is terrible when it rains you will need a boat to get into your apartment the fire alarm is always going off for no reason. The deck furniture is a joke you have thousands of people liiving here and only around 25 seaton the =dech faded washed up wood. the lauudry is another joke washer don't work and people are for ever leaving clothes in them for hours. The college kids with their beer parties keep you up all night. Yes the lobby is nice and the sitting room is lovely. God forbid you go shopping on the weekend you can never find a cart to get your food to your apartment. They have had child molster working here at one time he was found in megan law website. Some woman had reported rheir underwear missing when this person worked here , he had keys to all the apartment. Cars have been broken into a lot.Look out for the hidden cost when you move out even if you clean your apartment they will still charge you to have it cleaned and the gym eguipment is never cleaned daily with all the germs from people sweat you would think they would stay on top of this. The stiarways reek of smoke and urine they are only cleaned maybe once a month I have saw the same vomit in the stairway for over a month and had reported.Beware of the happy face and nice talk once you sign the dotted line they would give two cents about you
