Not the greatest place, but not the worst.

I currently live in the Victor (lease is up in a couple of months) and honestly don't think these remarks were written by the same person. I can vouch for all the nice / not-so-nice comments made good-looking building (considering the area), nice over-priced apartments (better bang for your buck with lofts), poor water quality, thin walls, hvac issues, horrible cable, inadequate parking, annoying parking meter tickets, poor maintenance service, unorganized & misleading sales team, and dense management.
My apartment wasn t even ready on my moved-in date!
For students it s a great place young professionals, you may want to consider the new town homes being built behind the Board of Ed. Building. Rent at the Victor is almost a mortgage payment!
No Lamar(booooooooo!) there s a new face behind the concierge's desk every other day. There seem to be a lot of changes going on beware and good luck!
