Still enjoying city living. The Victor is not perfect but, it is apartment living. If you look intensely enough you will find something that needs to be improved. I love my one thousand SF space and soaring ceilings. The equivalent in Philly is much more expensive. Though not suitable for large families, it's cool for singles & couples. Housekeeping has degraded. Grad students can get rowdy. Crime & safety has not been an issue. Cable is horrible luckily I don't watch too much TV. There seems to be many transit tenants. I never thought I would consider Camden for home but, I'm glad that I did not allow news media hype and negative publicity to influence my decision. This location is perfect for anyone who hate to drive. I frequent Manhattan & Philly often and it is refreshing to know that I am literally steps from the Riverline & PATCO. Every time I look at the Philly skyline it reminds me why I still enjoy living here.

Agree. I live here, but won't for much longer. They students are a little much, expecially when they hang our in the lobby in the PJs and fuzzy slippers, or when hip-hop parties take place.. Cable is lousy. It's gotten very dirty lately, and the garbage room is stanky. There's been a big turnover in staff and management. Nice features: the convenience store and the Italian Restaurant.
