I have lived at the Victor for 2 years now since 2005. I have lived in 3 different apartments as well. I love the placement of the apartment in camden. The waterfront district is very safe and very quiet. The college kids do irritate me some with their partying and what not. Someone needs to tell them this is not a dormitory. The door people have changed over the years, but thankfully one of the good ones has come back. I don't like when they have temps on weekends though. But the new permanent people are nice. It is a very clean building. I always see the maintenance and cleaning crews working. If you want to move out before your lease is up, it's not that great. Overall, for the money it's great. All the perks are nice.
