My lease will be up in a couple of months and I have enjoyed living here for the most part. Neighbors are friendly. Didn't really have to deal with management while I lived here, so don't really have any comments regarding them, however they do provide social activities for certain holidays, which is nice. It is convenient to get to philly and there is a beautiful view from the rooftop.

Cons to living here including the poor water quality, where more often then not, you'll have brown water. I would definitely not recommend drinking tap water. Rent is only accepted by check. Most of the frontdesk people could care less about the people who live here. The only friendly desk clerk is on in the wee hours of the morning when I leave for work and may occasionally help me with the elevator. Lastly, I heard there is a moving out cost $200 taken out of security deposit, so I guess I have that to look forward to.
