having lived here and recently moved out i can say DO NOT MOVE HERE.
the management never fixed our leaking roof which leaked every major rainstorm instead they would paint over it or tell us it was fixed yet next rainstorm it would be back and worse.
in the process our living room was unable to be used and our furniture ruined.
rather than remedy the situation they came into the apartment and hid the buckets and note left for maintenance in order to show our apartment to another poor soul who will be stuck with the same problem.
the real kicker-they said they would waive the cleaning fee instead they charged us to replace the carpets!! never seen such dishonesty.
the best part -we did not even live on the top floor, yet it still rained in our room.
if anyone would like to see pictures of it raining in our apartment i would be happy to supply them-i wish i was making this stuff up but no they really are that corrupt

That happened in our third floor apartment as well. The water was flooding down the side of building, and entering the through the window frames. Happened more than once tp some others, I guess.
