The Victor Lofts are the best deal in the area. Just a short commute from Philly without paying Philly prices.

Most of my experience here has been positive. I love the loft style apartments. The rooms are huge and the amenities here are great: 24 hour concierge, W/D in apartment, and a complementary laundry room, free wireless, monthly socials, meeting rooms available free of charge, 24 hour fitness center, and rooftop deck. Most of my neighbors are friendly and people congregate in the lobby and lounge. The staff is caring and considerate and know many residents on a first name basis.

There are a few things about The Victor that could be improved. With rents starting at $1100, we shouldn't be charged a $25 monthly fee for gym access. I only pay $10 more a month for L.A. Fitness and they offer so much more. Parking is limited to one car per unit and all lots are not gated. A few cars parked on the street were recently vandalized, however, the thief was caught. Overall construction is good but the walls are thin . . . or maybe my neighbors are just occasionally noisy.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend. There are ups and down in every complex. I think you'll agree that here the good outweighs the bad. These apartments are great for young professionals and social butterflies. Not for people with young kids.
