I have lived here for almost 4 yrs. and I am screaming "HELP ME". This place is horrible to the fifth power, when I say horrible I mean the neighbors, the area, the apartments, the management, maintenance, everything. I currently have mildew and peeling paint in my bathroom, the response of management, "You need to start opening your window when you take a shower", What' How about sending someone ASAP before I get a respiratory infection!! My neighbor downstairs under my apartment is constantly playing her tv/music loud (the tv is playing loud this very moment), when I say loud, I mean I can hear exactly what she is watching. Her and her mini baseball league of kids are constantly making noise banging against the walls like they are having a WWE match every damn night. It's to the point that we have had two meetings with management and numerous complaints, that if we complain again we both are going to get kicked out, which isn't fair but hey, I'm currently looking for another place(a way better place) to live anyway. My advice is this, if you are looking for a place where you dont care if your neighbors are loud, arguements and fights are always happening, and Stuart Little as your new best friend then this is the place for you!
