Victor Lofts 56% Recommended May 02 2008: Ok, so there s this apt. in the victor, you want to rent it & you do everything they want. they wait weeks to get back to you & then tell you that for reasons (that could have been forseen) Victor Lofts 56% Recommended Apr 12 2008: the walls are paper thin - you can hear your neighbor sneeze, your neighbor's alarm clock -- other than that, not a bad building. the front desk i think can be really nice and helpful especially with packages and other mail.
