Positive
1. I feel pretty safe, it's very well lit
2. The rental agent is very nice
3. The apartments are huge
Negative
1. The complex is the only nice thing in the neighborhood, even the Shop-Rite is disgusting.
2. There is an intake vent in the living room which cold air is coming in constantly, consequently making the heat bill very HIGH for the winter.
3. You pay ALL of your own utilies; water, sewer, electric, heat, etc. and it can get very expensive.
4. No Assigned parking
