Nice, Clean, Quiet

Pros:
1. Close to most major highways: NJ Turnpike, Parkway, 440/287, rt 9, rt 1...

2. Newly built (2000/2001)

3. Rental Agent very friendly and knowledgable about the rental experience and about the town.

4. Full size Washer/dryer in each unit.

Cons:

1. Truck Traffic behind complex causes a lot of dust and dirt on outside buildings. This can by noisey too if you have the windows open during the day.

2. Maintenance can be a little slow.

I would definately recommend this complex to a friend!
