but had one problem with boss here yelled at my son for being in grass the neeed to teach him maners otherwise nice quiet place

I would recommend leaving as soon as possible. The Middlesex Management is known for being bad people, making up bogus reason to not return the deposit. I would recommend leaving as soon as your lease is up.
