Ok place to live for an apartment complex.

Positives

1. Clean complex area
2. Ample parking
3. Quiet town, in general
4. Nice size apartments
5. Occasional security policing at night

Negatives

1. Slow or non-responsive maintenance
2. Noisey kids playing outside
3. Located off of a truck route
4. You must pay for water.
5. Slow winter clean up.
6. I haven't received any annual fix-ups from maintenance.
