I just moved out of Meridian Square - I lived there for 2 years.

Management: I had very little contact with Management during my stay. They were extremely polite during my initial contact and when I was moving out.

Supervisor: Super. was quick to respond to my calls. Called for repairs to my A/C - fixed the next day - on 2 occasions, shower faucet replaced.

Apartment: Spacious and with a walk in closet. Ample storage space. Good sized kitchen. My apartment faced the truck route and that made it difficult to sleep earlier on, but I got used to it. A lot of black dust from the truck tires that had to be cleaned often.

Commute: This one one of the main reasons I lived there. NJ Transit bus to NYC Port Authority (116) stops at the complex gate making my morning commute a lot easier. No need to drive in the mornings.

Generally, I felt very safe living there, never had any problems of any kind. Very friendly neighbours, a lot of kids running around, but never a nuisance. I moved out because it was time to buy my own place, otherwise, I'd still be living there. Definitely worth looking at.

Update - 12/05/2005.
Just got back my security deposit - minus $75 dollars. Per the inspection report, $50 to remove a stain from the carpet, $10 to clean the stove, and $15 to clean the kitchen floor. I'll be taking this up with the Management, and will post a summary of what transpires.
