Disclaimer : Never ever .....rent your property with Middlesex management they are worst ever a management can get.

We had bug and roach issue in the apartment. The issue went so bad that it seemed we were living in a Jurassic Park ( but roaches instead of dinosaurs ). This is not exaggeration but in reality despite of calling the exterminator every time and self treating the apartment daily there was no improvement what so ever. The issue went so serious that literally the roaches were in the containers where we keep food. They were even found in refrigerator. How can you trust your food when roaches are literally found in all kitchen cabinets ' You cannot spray pest control in cabinets daily as food lies their. The situation is worsening day by day , we are just praying that we don't
get into food poisoning. Despite of this serious situation the management is reacting as if nothing has happened. They haven't taken a single step to control this problem. They are calling exterminator biweekly who is coming to the community anyways and Management is taking no extra step to resolve this issue. The worst part is that even property manager takes a backseat here and the secretary maintains an attitude instead of being modest and nice to the tenants. But you can't blame the assistants enough if the top department fails to deliver.

Stay away guys...

You just can't make everyone happy!!! I live here for the past 3 years and I have had some minor issues that managemnet has addressed very rapidly. I once had an issue with ants and management sent an exterminator to my home on a Saturday to accommodate my work schedule. That doesn't sound like a management company that doesn't care or takes a back seat to issues. Must be more to this unhappy tenant....maybe they are trying to break their lease and are creating a reason.

Mgmt is totally rude, irresponsible and just try to snatch money from the renters....any property rented by BestRentNJ.com should be ignored....
