If Bin Laden could learn a few lessons, it is from these leasing terrorists. They will ruthlessly come after your money knowing well that you neither have the time nor the energy to seek justice thru the courts.

In my specific case after sending 2 written letters with delivery confirmation well within the required period, these morons choose to automatically renew my lease without informing me. They started to send me series of letters, which were predated by 20 or 25 days informing me that I am responsible for another 6 months rent (My original lease was for 6 months). All this happened while we had a baby. We have moved out and the apartment has been rented out in less than 3 weeks after we moved out. But I am yet to recieve my deposit nor any correspondence even after a month. There has been no response to my voice messages

During our conversation with some of the neighbours who had lived there for long, they mentioned that several tenants had faced similar issues when they moved out. It is unimaginable that you have to put up with such atrocious behaviour of the leasing office even after paying such high rents.

This company should be sued and put out of business this is the worst company I have seen so far...They have no respect for renters, its like they are doing us a favor, well the reality is we the renters are doing them favor as we have other options too... If someone would like to file a law suit I am up for it...
