I have lived at Meridian Square for almost a year and a half. Not only do I feel safe here, but I am constantly seeing security vehicles and the Carteret police department patrolling through the property. Maintenance issues are a rare occurence in my apartment, but the onsite maintenance manager is very friendly and has always responded immediately whenever I have had a maintenance concern. There is an elementary school right across the street from me, and the Carteret police department and first aid squad are practically within walking distance of the property. I am also in close proximity to the NJ Turnpike (which I drive daily). I haven't had to contact management much, but when I have had to, my questions were always answered. Overall I am very happy living here at Meridian Sqaure, and would truly reccomend the property to anyone looking for a quiet and safe place to live.

We are planning to move into the townhouse model.But little scared 'bt the gas bills during winter.Trying to know if anybody can tell me how much can i expect to pay during winter.
