My husband and I moved in mid 2006. The location is great and the apartments are very spacious. One big negative is the MAINTENANCE IS VERY SLOW!!! The water temperature in the shower fluctuates and we were getting scolding hot water to freezing cold water. I was burnt on my chest and my head. It took them 4 weeks to fix my shower. I lived in the garden apartments in Fair Lawn any issues were taken care of the next day. This is a night and day difference. Certian fixtures are placed in odd places. The toilet paper holder is next to the shower, so the paper gets wet. The actual holder is under the sink cabinet. The heating unit takes up one wall and a quarter of the other which made placing of our bedroom furniture awkward. Overall it is a nice place.
