I've been here about 3 months. There are really 2 big positives. One the unit is really nice. They updated most of it. New kitchen cabinets, stove, flooring. New rugs and nice paint job. Second, the size is good for the price, espeshily if you are used to Bergen County prices. My 1 bedroom is pretty big - walk in closet and dining room. The bathroom is pink and black tile. There were several electrical problems when I moved in. The maintenance staff fixed a couple items and tried to convince me the last one was normal. It took some complaining to management to get an electrician in.
HEAT IS ALWAYS ON! Most people keep several windows open even when there is snow on the ground! Close the windows and it will go to 80F. Snow removal is good so far. Air conditioners look old - can't try in winter. Oh, one more thing. When u sign the lease they say you get a garage on a first come/first served basis. I'm starting month 3 and still no garage. No telling when someone will move out from my section of the complex and free up a garage. the guy who controls the list is the same guy i had to complain about to get the electric fixed right.
