I lived in a one bedroom for 2 years and I was very happy. Residents and staff were very friendly and I felt very safe. There was a mixture of young professionals, single parents, and elderly residents in my courtyard. Since it's wall to wall carpeting it was fairly quiet...I only heard my neighbor if she was vacuuming. The pool was a big plus and the grounds were well-kept and clean. Snow removal was always done first thing in the morning and the pavements and steps were always salted. Hank, the super, was very friendly and always willing to help... I locked myself out of my apartment 3 times and he never charged me and was there within 5 minutes! The only issue was the laundry room. The machines were always broken, and since it's an outside company, it would take a long time for them to get fixed. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. I have lived in a couple of garden apartments and can honestly say that Bradford Arms is a great place to live.
