This place could have potential, if the management would only enforce the rules. I have been a resident for 6 years. My wife and I made the mistake of moving into a 1st floor unit. While the apartment itself is OK, we have had to battle with our upstairs neighbors since day one. The first family (2 adults and 4 children) we had evicted for noise. The second family (3 adults and 1 child), has been more resilient, because of the inempt management. The tenants violate the parking (3 cars) and the noise terms of the lease, and managment won't evict them. Also, don't plan on parking near your unit if you get home late. Many of the residents don't abide by the "1 parking spot" rule. So while both of their cars are parked in the lot close to their unit, you will have to walk across the complex. So the moral of the story is: Choose a 2nd floor unit, and make sure you're surrounded by old people (but not too old, lest they die off and some worthless trash take their place). k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
