Don't Agree with Last Review - I have lived at Pompton Gardens now for a year in March. I don't hear anything the other review had issues with. From inside your apartment you cannont hear the outside door close nor do you hear the dumpsters in the morning (they aren't even close to the apartments) I have had no issues here. OUTSTANDING Love it here, The office staff is decent. The grounds and maitance are excellent. The entire public safety organization in town are fantastic (ie Police Fire Ambulance). I feel extremly safe here.

Bradford Arms I have a one bedroom apartment, which is a good size, ample closets, basement storage and a garage. The apartment is air conditoned, has a dishwasher and microwave. The grounds and apartment maintenance is very good, the complex is quiet and the pool is a great place in the summer.
