the piece of crap apt. that i had was so overpriced for the following reasons. i was paying 1697/month in 2001 it was only 1 bathroom, laundry was in a far away building from where i was, and the parking was always a problem. ozzie the super is the biggest ------- in the world. when he found out we had cats he kicked us out. he entered my apt. without my permission when i wasnt home, took pics of my apt. and posted them online....can we say illegal' this SOB needs to go back to Turkey where he came from. i am so glad i moved to the princeton area...i now have 2 beds 2 baths laundry machine in my apt, beautiful pool and tennis cts in a pet friendly complex and much more. dont waste your time looking at this dump!

Not surprised to hear poor reviews. I lived there back in the late eighties to early ninties, for about seven years. Then the super at least did his job. Problems there for families; some things never change, from what I am seeing here. We live in San Diego,CA now, much better environment all together, but ownership is always better than renting, especially in these times. Don't recommend Jackson House, always problems with the ownership and nosey old lady neighbors who put notes on your car if they didn't like the way you parked or where. Unreal. Even searching through garbage bins for something you shouldn't throw there or something. Just an old peoples' home really.
