These apartments are pretty nice and spacious. They have new kitchens with dishwashers, corian counters, new appliances, and updated bathrooms. Noise between apartments is not a problem, although traffic noise and noise from people outside can be quite loud. My biggest problem is with the management. Rosa the manager and her husband run the place and are extremely sketchy people. My first clise should have been when I moved in and asked if the counters were corian and Rosa said "Koreans, yeah Koreans lived here before...they're messy!" How do you respond to something like that!' Anyways, I have had several instances with Rosa entering my apartment without asking (many times I've actually been there and had her walk in without even knocking!), her having a problem with something or suspecting me of going against the lease (she thought I brought a cat in the apartment), and other weird instances that have involved her barging in yelling. Her husband is creepy as well. I had a clogged kitchen sink and called to have him fix it, when he didn't call back I called the management offices who were able to get in contact and he came right over. He then proceeded to yell at me for calling the management! Bottom line, the apartments are nice if you can get past the totally sketchy managers, the lack of parking at night, and the expensive laundry room which can be quite a distance from your apartment!

I know you are telling the truth, ------ and his wife caused me such grief also, i can't prove it, but i believe it was rosa who planted crickets in my apartment.. There was no reason for crickets (the kind you feed snakes and can be purchased at pet store) She jumped to call exterminator, and didn't question it, because she knew she was the quilty of planting them. I know another tenant who had the same problems.
