I had exciting experiences living at The Colonials of Cherry Hill. I was there for about 7 years. The Leasing and Regional Managers and Maintenance Technicians as well as all of the other supporting personnel helped me (when requested) every step of the way during my stay. When I had questions, they responded quickly. When something in the apartment needed repairs, they were effectively done within 24 hours, if not immediately.

It should be noted that the apartments at The Colonials are very cost effective (i.e...utilities are all inclusive). You will be hard pressed to find 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartments in Cherry Hill with the good amenities in such a good location (i.e..nearby restaurants, food stores,drug store, hair salon, video store, dry cleaners, public transportation ..etc.) and be within walking distance of Cherry Hill Mall at such a affordable cost.

It is definitely a location to consider especially, if you are a cost effective person, and looking for a nice place to live, The Colonials of Cherry Hill is your place.
