I along with my late father, have been a resident of the Colonials for 35 years. My 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is spacious and user friendle which is one reason why I have remained here so long, but there is also many others. This is a safe a outstandinly run community headed by a team of dedicated people. Those inclusing a proficent and knowledgeable maintaince supervisor and staff. Also, the prperty manager, assistant manager and office staff who geniunely have the best interest of the tenants at heart.
