I have been living here for a few years and I love this apartment and the community. My apartment is extremely large, comfortable, and quiet. I have always appreciated the fact that the staff knew me by name from the time I moved in. The staff is always professional and address even the smallest concern, promptly and efficiently. It is quiet here, very well lit and secured throughout the building and outdoors with security cameras. The multiple entrances to the building, make parking easy no matter what time of the day. We are very close to the mall, grocery and great restaurant. It is a very comfortable place to raise your kids. All utilities are included in the rent and my rent has only increased by 2% of what I pay each year, and never increased to the market rate for new tenants. I love the Colonials and this area. I plan to live here until I purchase a home.
