I completly 100% disagree with the last review, the management staff and maintenance staff is awful. They are rude inconsiderate --------- not to mention the the two --------------- practically share a brain and can't fix a thing. Management practically lets a ------------------- run the building. I wanted to have a pet after seeing many tenants with dogs and was told i could not. Why would you want to live somewhere where the policy isn't the same for everyone. i often felt like i was living in another country. The place is never clean. And the elevators NEVER work, so plan on doing a lot of cardio. If you have children, stay away, every ---------- in the building which is about 95%, including the so called president of the tenants association will tell you to keep your children quiet when your windows are open in the summertime. This place is not CHILDREN FRIENDLY. They move such garbage in here and more than 5 times during the day the police are called out. The manager wants and thinks you can and will be fined for everything. My suggestion is that they should get rid of her and the -----------, ------------ ---------------. There are many places to live so take your time and take my word don't move here, keep your sanity and your money.

if you had problems with dogs then you should have called the office to complain and tell them where they were. The apt complex is cleaned or they would have never passed their 5 year state inspection. There can only be people like you living here.... very racist you are. I still live here and I will retire here. I have never had a problem with the property manager or the Maintenance staff. Maybe you lived somewhere else and have things confused
