I have lived here for 3 years, and thank goodness that I am leaving in one week! Not that the A building isn't bad, but if I lived in the B building I would be going to the health department every day. The hallway ceilings are caved in, covered in mold, there is always peices, HUGE peices of the ceiling all over the rug, the rugs smell like mildew from the water leaking down and saturating the rug. I am suprised that the people who live over there are still alive and not sick from all of it. They say you cant have pets, but they see all kinds of people walking dogs and dont say a word. Eviction notices go out so fast and the --------- men cant even -------------! The pool was closed most of the summer, the lady that works in the office, who doesnt ------------- either, carried out fights with the lifeguards so they probably wouldnt work here the rest of the summer. The pool is always dirty and cloudy, and now it is starting to fill up with --------- people. Just LOVELY!!!!!! The park is anceint and swings are broken and kids are outside all hours of the night because their parents dont care where they are at!!!! Im moving out in less than a week and i could never be happier! The amount of rent is ridiculos since it goes up all the time. and the worst thing of all> The MANAGER, she ------- and complains all the time, talks about everyone and doesn't do a dam thing all day, i have stopped in a few times because i pick up many packages and she is either laughing on the phone or playing on the computer. her attitude is a disgrace. I can't even take your ridiculous racist rant seriously because of all the grammatical errors. If you're going to make comments about those that you feel are less than you, perhaps you should use the King's English. Everyone wants to live in a safe community, but to imply that because residents need financial assistance, there's something wrong with them is classist and egregious. After all, this development is on the less prestigious WEST side of Cherry Hill is it not? "East side" dwellers might have a right to something to say about you.

the pool was not closed for almost the entire summer or the health dept would have been down there. The tenants here are very nice in both buildings. How can the management office being doing nothing if they are always 100% full. Another sower tenant who was probably kicked out.
