IF U CALL STEALING MONEY FROM THE TENANTS AN OK WAY OF LIVING THEN GO FOR IT., BUT ITS NO WAY TO LIVE. IF GOD FORBID U END UP WITH EVECTION PAPERS BE IT KNOW THAT LEGALLY ITS ONLY A CHARGE OF $152 DOLLARS PER THE COURT NOT THE $300 SHE CHARGES U. SO SHE CAN POCKET THE DIFFERENCE. AND ALSO IF U MOVE OUT PLEASE MAKE SURE U HAVE A COPY OF UR LEASE. BECAUSE SHE WILL TRY AND SAY U DIDNT PAY WHAT U DID FOR SECURITY. AND AS FOR SECURITY OH PLEASE. U ARE PAYING FOR ----------- TO SIT AT HOME OR IN A RESTAURANT SHOVING FOOD IN HIS FACE INSTEAD OF HAVEING REAL SECURITY. AND PLEASE BE KNOWN THAT IF U EVER HAVE A FIRE IN UR APT. NOT TO RELY ON THOSE SO CALLED FIRE EXTINGSHER THAT ARE IN UR HALLWAYS( IF UR LUCKY TO HAVE ONE THAT IS) BECAUSE THEY ARE NO GOOD AND DONT WORK. AND IF U DO HAVE A FIRE PLEASE DONT TRY AND PUT IT OUT URSELF BECAUCE THEY WILL NOT CREDIT U WITH PUTTING IT OUT THEY WILL BLAME U AND U WILL HAVE TO PLAY FOR ALL DAMAGES AND LIVE WITH THE DAMAGE IN U APT FOR AS LONG AS THEY SEEM FIT OR UNTIL SHE COMES UP WITH A REASON TO GET U OUT

I am one more victim of this apartment management. they deducted $275 from my security for no reason. they carpets were not laid flat, the closets would never close! infact the closet doors fell twice on my wife's head as she tried to open it. complaints resulted in them saying what can we do its the carpet. the faucets are crazy, and the managemtn is downright rude. a horrible place to live! I am surprised that no one has sued them!

false statements. security deposits are put into the bank and no moneys can be written out of the office everything comes from corporate. I guess if you were not a poor tenant you wouldn't have these complaints. I don't see any one keeping you here you must have been evicted. I have lived here 10 years and the mangement office is great.
