Rent is definitely high. Look for deals, we got two months free but it was a 14 month lease in leiu of a 12 month, so it evened out anyhow. The apartments are beautiful. Technology package gives you directv/hbo and highspeed interenet (package is 99 bucks). You pretty much have to take it b/c they dont allow you to have Comcast which sucks- Directv loses signal a lot for us here in rain storms. No issues with internet. Comes with Washer/Dryer, but let me warn you... comforters will NOT fit, will have to take those to a laundromat.. the dryer, well you have to run that twice and it has a tendency to shrink, so be careful. Dishwasher doesnt dry your dishes as its supposed to, so you have to towel dry them!! Else, people are very friendly, maintenence is wonderful. Bathrooms are very very spacious!!! Its very safe as well, you have your own security system and the main doors into the buildings are buzz in systems. They allow dogs, for a fee of $300 a year. Amenities fee is around that amount and gives 24 access to business center ( internet/fax/printer) and the gym is 24 hours with your access key, and the pool when its open comes withe guest passes.
They also do short term leases.
