Great Experience Except NOISY neighbor

My experience at the Highlands has been pleasant for the last year. The rent IS very expensive but you supposedly pay for your neighbors. All of my neighbors except one have been so nice. My one neighbor constantly blasts her rap music and I have called the police twice and reported her to the office on many occasions. The noise only goes off when I go and buzz her at her apartment, then she avoids me and turns down her music. I guess occassional ignorant, low lifes are expected in apartment complexes. The business center is quiet and convenient. The managers are GREAT! The apartments are gorgeous. I do recommend the Highlands.
